The Member Update was published in consideration of U.S. Soccer’s preliminary actions regarding the Sally Q. Yates report. We have advocated for and support the concept of centralizing safeguarding efforts among the entire U.S. Soccer ecosystem, and we look forward to collaborating with U.S. Soccer and its Organizational Members, board, task forces, and, of course, our members to enhance participant safety.

This is the Centralized Disciplinary Database for the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, which includes records from the U.S. Center for SafeSport from March 2017 onward, and known historical disciplinary records received from and certified by the National Governing Bodies (NGBs) concerning individuals who have been sanctioned and rendered ineligible for sexual misconduct offenses.
